The City of Rocky Top Beer Board will meet on Thursday 19th January 2023 at 5:45 p.m. at Rocky Top City Hall. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider a Beer Permit for Minaben B Patel- Jay Sadhi Inc. dba Tobacco and Beer located 106 Creek Street, Rocky Top, TN 37769. The Public is invited to attend.
The City of Rocky Top Fall pickup for junk, garbage or items that are not normally collected in household garbage pickup will be during the month of March the 1st and 3rd Wednesday for the South end and on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday for the north end of town. Items must be out by 7:00 am on your pickup day. A list of your street can be found at www.rockytoptn.org or Rocky Top City Hall.
The City of Rocky will not pick up tires, building materials or debris from remodeling, hazardous materials (paint, solvents, batteries, petroleum products), air conditioners, refrigerators or freezers.

The City of Rocky Top, Tennessee is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Professional Consulting firms for the purpose of providing administrative consultant services on possible State or Federal infrastructure funding, including but not limited to, funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), FEMA, IPG and SRF. Professional consulting services are required in the areas of project development, state, and federal government compliance, reporting and overall program management.
An administrative services firm will be evaluated and selected based on the following criteria:
1) Specialized Experience or technical expertise of the firm in connection with the type of services to be provided. 2) History of performance on public, state, and federal funded programs and projects with the community and other clients, including quality of work, timeliness, and cost control. 3) Company’s ability to perform the work considering current and projected workload.
